Growing
living food, from
living soil

At Tibblesgården, we grow food in rhythm with nature — focusing on flavour, nutrition, and a thriving landscape.

Biodynamic Farming

Biodynamic farming is about working with nature, not against it.

Through ecological practices, natural preparations, and a holistic approach, we cultivate living soil rich in microbial life—the foundation for everything we grow.

We aim to create a closed-loop system where plants, animals, and humans are interconnected, each strengthening the whole.

The Animals

Animals play a central role in our farming system.

We aim to create a closed-loop system where plants, animals, and humans are interconnected, each strengthening the whole.

The Vegetables

In our market garden, flavour and nutrition guide every decision.

Healthy crops begin with healthy soil.
We focus on building this through advanced composting methods inspired by the Soil Food Web, combined with no-dig growing beds that protect and enhance soil life.

Inside our polytunnel, we’ve installed a geothermal heating system powered by solar energy. This allows us to extend the growing season—starting earlier in spring and continuing later into autumn.

Heat is drawn from deep within the bedrock and circulated beneath the beds, gently warming the soil from below. It’s a modern interpretation of historic greenhouse methods—designed for sustainability.
